My Story

From a small town, with a tendency toward impulsivity, my heart was in hair design school years before my body. 

 

I'm not a fast learner, but a determined one. I had an innate passion that couldn't be extinguished, a work ethic, and a curiosity, that could carry me through all of the inevitable challenges that come from such a multi-faceted profession.

At 19, my career began, and was an anchor through my 20's, providing focus and consistency in an otherwise chaotic decade. I began to find my place in this industry; behind the chair, connecting one-on-one, sharing energy, stories, and experiences with my clients, creatively, through photographic competition and collection creation, and via my role as an educator, connecting with other like-minded artists, who shared my sense of empathy, intuitiveness, and indelible desire to continuously expand into our space in this industry. 

 

Now, over 20 years later, a salon owner, and a national artist, these are the pieces that continue to allow me to thrive. If you are a stylist in this industry, looking for more, I want to connect and create with you!
